Article 3 - Registration and creation of an account

Article 5 - Price
Unless otherwise stated, the prices of the services are indicated to the Webmaster in euros and excluding tax (HT). The VAT is however paid when the Balance is reloaded by the webmaster.The price of the service is that in effect on the day of the order placed by the Webmaster.

Directory prices
The prices of the directories and the editorial staff are set unilaterally by SAS Ereferer which reserves the right to change them at any time, in compliance with legal provisions.
Editorial Prize
The price for a writing order is that mentioned on the “Create a project” page. The price of the sponsored article and the writing experience an additional cost when the article to be written includes images, a meta-description or a request for writing within 24 hours.
The webmaster wishing to withdraw his earnings from the sale of sponsored articles will be subject to withdrawal fees set at 15% of the amount to be withdrawn. Withdrawal can be made if the Ereferer balance is greater than €100.
Article 6 - Payment Terms
Payment for the service is made by Paypal, Stripe or by bank transfer.Payments by Paypal and Stripe are subject to an additional fee of 2.5% excluding tax on the order amount.
In the event of an international bank transfer, SAS Ereferer credits the amount of the amount received. Bank charges are entirely the responsibility of the Webmaster.
When placing an order, the Webmaster credits his balance, by putting a certain amount into his Ereferer account (€20 minimum), which amount is used to pay for the various services used and purchased by the Webmaster.
Article 7 - Right of reimbursement
After recharging the account balance, the webmaster has 30 days to be reimbursed if he has not made any purchases on Ereferer.Sponsored articles purchased by the Webmaster may be entitled to reimbursement of their Balance, except for editorial costs, in the only case where the partner has not respected its commitments.
In the event of deletion of a sponsored article or the link purchased by the partner less than 12 months after publication, the balance corresponding to the article is refunded to the customer, except editorial costs. The editorial fees are indicated on the Transaction page on the line linked to the sponsored article order. However, sponsored articles addressing borderline themes such as casino, CBD, alcohol, tobacco, sex or any illegal activities cannot be reimbursed if the article or link is deleted by the customer.
Any sponsored article or link not published by a partner within 15 days will see the Webmaster refund their balance, with the exception of editorial costs, if applicable. The editorial fee is indicated on the Transaction page in the linked line of the sponsored article order.
Upon completion of an article order, the editor’s editorial fees are non-refundable. No delivery time for an article can be guaranteed by SAS Ereferer or the editor and cannot claim reimbursement.
It is possible to withdraw the balance from your account if it exceeds €100 excluding tax and for a withdrawal fee of 15%.

The relations between the Webmasters and SAS Ereferer do not generate any relationship of subordination, do not confer any mandate on SAS Ereferer and do not create any joint company or joint association between SAS Ereferer and the Webmasters, whether individually or collectively. . Article 12 – Limitation of liability of SAS Ereferer
The proper functioning of the service requires the use of communication networks, as well as the intervention of various Partners. SAS Ereferer will make every effort to ensure the continued operation of this chain of stakeholders, however, it cannot be held responsible for any failures or malfunctions thereof.SAS Ereferer cannot be held responsible for the non-execution of any order concluded, in the event of force majeure.
